What does supervision look like? Supervision will be held once a week with your supervisor. You will discuss your cases and conceptualize them, helping you see the case in a different light, with more insight, and better preparation. Providing an environment of growth for a therapist to honestly evaluate their work performance, counseling skills and personal issues they bring into their practice is our primary goal. We understand what it is like to be on the other side, we were there once.
